    Hello Future Applicants!

It is critical that you review this thread before posting your application. Everything listed below is for your own benefit. By ignoring the following requirements and information provided in this thread, you are only decreasing your chances of being accepted to the staff team.

    I. Requirements and Suggestions

In order to properly apply for a staff position on our server, please make sure that you fulfil all of the following requirements.

    • At least 15 years old.
    • Has skype and a microphone.
    • Has been an active member of the community for a minimum of 2 weeks.
    • Actively plays on the server and follows all server rules.
    • Actively uses our discord: https://discord.gg/KqxttCG
We do check to make sure that an applicant truly does fulfil these requirements.

    • Minimum of 25 posts on the forums. Please note that we do check to see whether or not an applicant is simply posting spam to increase their number of posts.
    II. Application

We do have an application format that can be found in the following thread:
It is crucial that you follow this format and use the proper title ("User's" Application [Region]).

Please note that, if your staff application is denied, you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks before reapplying. If you reapply before then, your application will automatically be denied.

    III. Interview

We have recently reimplemented the use of a staff interview. This is simply to get to know the applicant better before making any final decisions. If your application is accepted, you will be asked to schedule an interview with an administrator over skype.

Below you will find some suggestions and tips from current staff members. These suggestions have been provided for your benefit; it is in your best interest to read over them before applying for a staff position.

    I. Requirements and Suggestions

Make sure you fulfil all requirements. If you do not, it is highly recommended that you work on fulfilling those requirements to the best of your ability before applying.

We understand that the age suggestion is limiting and that younger applicants cannot do much about that. Unfortunately, the age suggestion is one of the few things we will take into consideration when reviewing an application. If you are under the age of 15 and really feel that you are a suitable applicant, we recommend taking deep consideration prior to posting an application.

    II. Application

When writing a staff application, it is in your best interest to be as honest as possible. As stated in the Application Format thread, try to express yourself and really let us know WHO YOU ARE so we get an idea of what to expect from you and what type of person you are.

Some tips and tricks when writing an application:

    • Please use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation when writing your application. Not only does it portray you, the applicant, as more mature, but it makes it easier for people to read and understand. You would not submit an application to an actual job with improper grammar, spelling, or punctuation, so please do not do so here.
    • Please Do Not Capitalize The First Letter of Every Word In Your Application. It is extremely annoying and difficult to read.
    • Please do not fill your application with words from a thesaurus or dictionary. It does not make you look more intelligent. If anything, it makes it extremely difficult to read and/or understand. We are trying to get to know you, the applicant, better and, by filling your application with words that you had to look up and most likely do not fully understand, it's hard for us to truly get to know who you are.
    • Be descriptive. Elaborate! We do not expect applicants to write a novel, but it is nice to know that an applicant did take the time to thoughtfully respond to the questions. Extra information is almost always beneficial. That being said, we do not want to know your life story; please refrain from going too far off topic.
    • Be honest. As stated above, we want to know who you, the applicant, are! It's detrimental for you to lie and mislead in your application as we have implemented other steps in the application process to weed out lying applicants.
    • Please be mature. This is an application and will be treated as such. We love people who have a good sense of humour, but perhaps a staff application is not the best place to post memes and jokes.
    • Please avoid using too much colour. It makes your application very difficult to read and can hurt the eyes. A thoughtful application is much more meaningful than a rainbow-coloured one.
    • Please refrain from making your application text too large or too small! You really should not have to change the text size at all.
    • It is expected that the community will respond to your application. Those comments may be good or bad. The majority of the time, people will leave criticism and suggestions to help you, the applicant, improve. It is in your best interest to thoughtfully consider the community's opinions and suggestions as they really can help you improve as a prospective staff member.
    • Applicants are reviewed based on how they respond to thread responses. If you are flaming, dissing, or talking trash anywhere on your application, that will be taken into consideration when your application is reviewed. Try to remain respectful and courteous! ** Please note that this does not only apply to your application! It is in your best interest to be respectful and courteous throughout the forums, on discord, and in-game!

If you have any questions regarding the application process, feel free to ask staff members! We are here to help you.

    III. Interview

The interview process is usually very casual. We simply want to make sure that you are who we think you are. Be yourself. That's all we are looking for.

Best of luck to all future applicants! If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to any administrators or staff members.
    Change Log:
    • 16/10/17: Updated the age portion of the Requirements. It is now highly recommended that you are 15 years or older, but not required.
