Something to note: I realize I do not have 25 posts on the forums. I'm trying to make more meaningful posts currently rather than just spamming forums to reach the mark. Hopefully this does not affect my chances.

Username: spicymemes420 (<-- The account I played on this map, however if I'm to be accepted, I'd like to play on Wurst)

    Age: 15

    Timezone: PST (California, USA)

Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I have a Hyper X Cloud headset that is high quality and works well.

How long have you actively been a part of FearPvP?: I've been apart of FearPvP since 1.0. I quit for a few maps, not only from the server but just minecraft in general. I'm back and am actively on my computer now.

How much time can you dedicate each day to FearPvP?: I can dedicate 3-5 hours of playtime per day to FearPvP. I don't currently at the moment because I don't have as much motivation to play, however, with being staff I would have to have a position to live up to on the server.

Previous Staffing Experience: I've been staff on many servers. On FearPvP, I play on the account spicymemes420, however, my main account is Wurst. You can check with /alts or whatever command you guys use. I've been staff on many different servers. Such as : I was Admin on PrimeHCF (400 player average; even more on SOTW), Senior Admin on HCGames (600-1000 players on average, around 2000 on SOTW's), Warden, basically admin, on BrokenBars Prison server (30-50 players on average). Also, I was staff on BreakMC, (Admin to be particular), which was a up and coming soup server.

Why should we accept you?: I feel I'm able to fulfill the responsibilities and guidelines of a staff position for multiple reasons. I'm able to handle situations unbiased, and calmly. When it comes to players arguing in chat, or flooding it for an example, I'd ask them to just slow down and chill out. I don't let power control myself as far as being staff goes, and I manage it responsibly and with maturity. If there is a problem out of my reach, I make sure to contact someone with higher authority who I know can deal with it. With my experience comes lots of knowledge, and basics of being a good staff member. I'm active, mature, and treat all players accordingly to the rules. I don't take sides, even if the situation involves my friends or faction members. Most of my free time I will put into dedicating my time and help to FearPvP. Sometimes I’ve noticed that chaos is being created late at night, because well there is not tons of staff on at that time, which is completely understandable because it is late. I will be on during these hours, and am, well, willing to lose some sleep and maybe some social time to make FearPvP an amazing community with insanely high standards. As everyone knows, myself included, I know that this Staff Team is very strict and takes tons of responsibility, which is why I’m applying. I feel like I have both of those aspects. I’m very capable of following rules, and making sure nobody has a problem with anything I’ve done. I’m going to be a very dedicated member and even better if possible a Staff Member.

What can you do to improve FearPvP?: The community isn't the best, not an insult, but lets be honest. There is lots of toxicity, and I realize I have been a part of that, but I'm reformed, and particularly only did that for gigs and just to be more competitive, not because I'm a toxic player. Also my activity will play a big factor because there isn't always staff on discord or the server to answer questions and moderate. I'm always on call, unless I'm out with friends or on a vacation or something of the sort. If I go off on a vacation or know I may be inactive for a period of time, I will let everyone know so my disappearance isn't questioned. I have all the available software I need to moderate to my best ability, and at a pretty high standard. Being a leader is also something I could handle, if I get to that point. I've had to help manage a staff team and server in the past. I will make sure every problem I try to help, is helped, and the player with the issue is completely happy and satisfied.

Do you agree to and accept the responsibilities and obligations of a staff member? I'm certainly willing to accept the responsibilities and obligations of being a staff member. In fact, I'm comfortable with them to a very high extent because of what I've dealt with in my past experiences being one.

About yourself: I'm a 15 year old kid who likes hanging out with friends and playing games. I have a good sense of humor and can take a joke, so I'm pretty chill. I'm easy to get along with. My name is Brent and I think you'll find me a good staff member if you choose to accept me. I'm not squeaky so don't worry about that if you find that an issue.

Thanks to whoever reads this, I wanted to keep it short and simple, and let you guys know what I can do. This wasn't particularly supposed to be a long application, that would take ages to read, and have the same text over and over. I wanted to make this application meaningful, and really show every important aspect I can hold as a staff member.

    - Wurst

(P.S. : Yes, I administrated with Yincro and unattainable so if it looks like we copied each others applications, we just had the same experience relatively.)

A weed is a plant considered undesirable in a particular situation, "a plant in the wrong place". Examples commonly are plants unwanted in human-controlled settings, such as farm fields, gardens, lawns, and parks. Taxonomically, the term "weed" has no botanical significance, because a plant that is a weed in one context is not a weed when growing in a situation where it is in fact wanted, and where one species of plant is a valuable crop plant, another species in the same genus might be a serious weed, such as a wild bramblegrowing among cultivated loganberries. Many plants that people widely regard as weeds also are intentionally grown in gardens and other cultivated settings, in which case they are sometimes called beneficial weeds. The term weed also is applied to any plant that grows or reproduces aggressively, or is invasive outside its native habitat.[1] More broadly "weed" occasionally is applied pejoratively to species outside the plant kingdom, species that can survive in diverse environments and reproduce quickly; in this sense it has even been applied to humans.[2]

weed: "A herbaceous plant not valued for use or beauty, growing wild and rank, and regarded as cumbering the ground or hindering the growth of superior vegetation... Applied to a shrub or tree, especially to a large tree, on account of its abundance in a district... An unprofitable, troublesome, or noxious growth."
-- The New shorter Oxford English dictionary on historical principles[3]
Weed control is important in agriculture. Methods include hand cultivation with hoes, powered cultivation with cultivators, smothering with mulch, lethal wilting with high heat, burning, or chemical attack with herbicides.

    Ecological significance

Certain classes of weeds share adaptations to ruderal environments. That is to say: disturbed environments where soil or natural vegetative cover has been damaged or frequently gets damaged, disturbances that give the weeds advantages over desirable crops, pastures, or ornamental plants. The nature of the habitat and its disturbances will affect or even determine which types of weed communities become dominant.[4]

Examples of such ruderal or pioneer species include plants that are adapted to naturally occurring disturbed environments such as dunes and other windswept areas with shifting soils, alluvial flood plains, river banks and deltas, and areas that are burned repeatedly.[5] Since human agricultural practices often mimic these natural environments where weedy species have evolved, some weeds are effectively preadapted to grow and proliferate in human-disturbed areas such as agricultural fields, lawns, roadsides, and construction sites. The weedy nature of these species often gives them an advantage over more desirable crop species because they often grow quickly and reproduce quickly, they commonly have seeds that persist in the soil seed bank for many years, or they may have short lifespans with multiple generations in the same growing season. In contrast, perennial weeds often have underground stems that spread under the soil surface or, like ground ivy (Glechoma hederacea), have creeping stems that root and spread out over the ground.[6]

Some plants become dominant when introduced into new environments because the animals in their original environment, that compete with them or feed on them are absent; in what is sometimes called the “natural enemies hypothesis”, plants freed from these specialist consumers may become dominant. An example is Klamath weed, that threatened millions of hectares of prime grain and grazing land in North America after it was accidentally introduced, but was reduced to a rare roadside weed within several years after some of its natural enemies were imported during World War II.[7] In locations where predation and mutually competitive relationships are absent, weeds have increased resources available for growth and reproduction. The weediness of some species that are introduced into new environments may be caused by their production of allelopathic chemicals which indigenous plants are not yet adapted to, a scenario sometimes called the "novel weapons hypothesis". These chemicals may limit the growth of established plants or the germination and growth of seeds and seedlings.[8][9]

    Benefits of weed species

While the term "weed" generally has a negative connotation, many plants known as weeds can have beneficial properties. A number of weeds, such as the dandelion (Taraxacum) and lamb's quarter, are edible, and their leaves or roots may be used for food or herbal medicine. Burdock is common over much of the world, and is sometimes used to make soup and medicine in East Asia.[20] Some weeds attract beneficial insects, which in turn can protect crops from harmful pests. Weeds can also prevent pest insects from finding a crop, because their presence disrupts the incidence of positive cues which pests use to locate their food. Weeds may also act as a "living mulch", providing ground cover that reduces moisture loss and prevents erosion. Weeds may also improve soil fertility; dandelions, for example, bring up nutrients like calcium and nitrogen from deep in the soil with their tap root, and clover hosts nitrogen-fixing bacteria in its roots, fertilizing the soil directly. The dandelion is also one of several species which break up hardpan in overly cultivated fields, helping crops grow deeper root systems. Some garden flowers originated as weeds in cultivated fields and have been selectively bred for their garden-worthy flowers or foliage. An example of a crop weed that is grown in gardens is the corncockle, (Agrostemma githago), which was a common weed in European wheat fields, but is now sometimes grown as a garden plant.[21]

A meme (/miːm/ MEEM[1][2][3]) is an idea, behavior, or style that spreads from person to person within a culture—often with the aim of conveying a particular phenomenon, theme, or meaning represented by the meme.[4] A meme acts as a unit for carrying cultural ideas, symbols, or practices, that can be transmitted from one mind to another through writing, speech, gestures, rituals, or other imitable phenomena with a mimicked theme. Supporters of the concept regard memes as cultural analogues to genes in that they self-replicate, mutate, and respond to selective pressures.[5]

Proponents theorize that memes are a viral phenomenon that may evolve by natural selection in a manner analogous to that of biological evolution. Memes do this through the processes of variation, mutation, competition, and inheritance, each of which influences a meme's reproductive success. Memes spread through the behavior that they generate in their hosts. Memes that propagate less prolifically may become extinct, while others may survive, spread, and (for better or for worse) mutate. Memes that replicate most effectively enjoy more success, and some may replicate effectively even when they prove to be detrimental to the welfare of their hosts.[6]

A field of study called memetics[7] arose in the 1990s to explore the concepts and transmission of memes in terms of an evolutionary model. Criticism from a variety of fronts has challenged the notion that academic study can examine memes empirically. However, developments in neuroimaging may make empirical study possible.[8] Some commentators in the social sciences question the idea that one can meaningfully categorize culture in terms of discrete units, and are especially critical of the biological nature of the theory's underpinnings.[9] Others have argued that this use of the term is the result of a misunderstanding of the original proposal.[10]

The word meme is a neologism coined by Richard Dawkins.[11] It originated from Dawkins' 1976 book The Selfish Gene. Dawkins's own position is somewhat ambiguous: he welcomed N. K. Humphrey's suggestion that "memes should be considered as living structures, not just metaphorically"[12] and proposed to regard memes as "physically residing in the brain".[13] Later, he argued that his original intentions, presumably before his approval of Humphrey's opinion, had been simpler.[14] At the New Directors' Showcase 2013 in Cannes, Dawkins' opinion on memetics was deliberately ambiguous.[15]

    Spicy
The act of being rude, fistey, mean, and/or sarcastic toward someone for no apparent reason.

It can also be used to describe someone who is very goodlooking/attractive.
Kayla: Can you hold my spanish book for me real quick?
Leanne: No! Why are you always hassling me?
Kayla: No need to get spicy.

Laura: Wow, did you see Shalalala in the hallway today?
Leanne: Yeah i did! He was looking pretty spicy.

    hey
A contraction for "Hello, I find you attractive and would like to dance with you, share some drinks with you, and then perhaps have sex with you. Nothing serious, of course, and I doubt that this will result in a long term relationship, but I would appeciate you considering my proposal."
Guy at bar to attractive girl: "Hey."

Attractive girl to guy: "Go to hell, creep." (Moves to other side of bar.)

    I love you

Love encompasses a variety of different emotional and mental states, typically strongly and positively experienced, ranging from the deepest interpersonal affection to the simplest pleasure. An example of this range of meanings is that the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse differs from the love of food. Most commonly, love refers to a feeling of strong attraction and personal attachment.[1] Love can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another".[2] It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.[3]

Ancient Greek philosophers identified four forms of love: essentially, familial love (in Greek, storge), friendly love (philia), romantic love (eros), and divine love (agape). Modern authors have distinguished further varieties of love: infatuated love, self-love, and courtly love. Non-Western traditions have also distinguished variants or symbioses of these states.[4][5] Love has additional religious or spiritual meaning. This diversity of uses and meanings combined with the complexity of the feelings involved makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, compared to other emotional states.

Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.[6]

Love may be understood as a function to keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species.[7]
